So Long and Thanks for the Fish

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish is the fourth book of the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy “trilogy” that was written by Douglas Adams. The title of the book is the message that is left by the dolphins when they depart Planet Earth just before it was due to be demolished to make way for a hyperspace bypass, as was described in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.
